HAUS MARANELLO

Haus Maranello is a two-level car condo conceived as a private automotive retreat for a discerning Ferrari and Porsche collector. The ground level is dedicated to the preservation and presentation of the collection, featuring gallery-style display lighting, industrial-inspired finishes, and bespoke detailing that elevates each vehicle into a sculptural centerpiece. Above, the mezzanine transforms into an exclusive lounge designed for entertaining and private gatherings, layered with rich textures, dramatic drapery, curated racing memorabilia, and refined metallic accents.

Together, the two levels create a dynamic spatial experience. Part showroom, part private club. Every element was intentionally crafted to deliver a sense of luxury, narrative, and immersion, transforming the garage into a destination that celebrates automotive culture at its most refined.
