Start with the form. It covers your goals, scope, timeline, and what you're picturing. I read every submission personally and respond either way, usually within a few days.

2. DISCOVERY CALL

A private conversation to get into specifics — the collection, the space, how you want to use it, and what's driving the timeline. This is also where you find out whether you want to work with me. If we're both in, I'll propose an on-site visit.

3. DESIGN CONSULTATION — $2,000

A two-hour working session at your space. I review your goals, assess existing conditions, take preliminary measurements, and document everything through photography and observation.

Afterward you receive a curated mood board capturing the aesthetic direction, material sensibility, and experiential tone I see for the space — a real look at where the design is headed, not a generic sample of my style.

The fee is non-refundable and covers the visit and the mood board. It isn't full design development, and it doesn't produce construction documents. What it does is let me understand your project accurately enough to scope it honestly, which is the only way to quote a number that holds.

4. DESIGN PROPOSAL

A tailored proposal defining recommended services, deliverables, and design investment.

One thing worth understanding: construction and furnishing budgets come after the design phase begins, once materials and specifications are developed. Anyone who quotes you a build number before that is guessing, and the guess will be wrong. This sequence protects your budget as much as the design.

5. AGREEMENT + LAUNCH

Upon approval, a formal design agreement is issued. A retainer secures your place on the studio calendar and starts the design phase.
